When emailing me, please be as descriptive about your set up, conditions(temps/heating method, humidity % /method ventilation), substrate mixtures ( ex a bunch of dirt from the yard or coco coir fiber mixed with sand or ?) and diet. Please do not tell me the temps are warm.... i want to know the temperatures as read from some type of thermometer if at all possible. the more detail i have the easier it is for me to solve your roach related issues(if i can).
