ORDERING & SHIPPING
I accept PayPal and Untied States Postal money orders only. To order via postal money,
place your order on the site and I will email you with the address for mailing the m.o.
Money Order purchases will not be shipped until the money order is received. Shipping for roaches is $12.00 plus $4.00 ea. additional species or size
I will notify you when your order is shipped. There are no Florida sales.

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
I guarantee the live arrival of all roaches shipped. Shipping may be
delayed due to weather. All DOAs must be reported within 24 hours of time
of arrival. Proof of DOA will be required for a replacement order to be
shipped out to you. Someone must be available to accept shipments on the
FIRST delivery attempt, or all live arrival guarantees are null and void.
Orders are sent out on Mondays and Tuesdays only. Orders MUST be received
by Sunday evening, 6:00 PM Arizona time, to be shipped the following
Monday or Tuesday. Orders may be delayed due to weather at my discretion.
You must be 18 or older to purchase and proof of age may be required.
It is YOUR responsibility to read and understand the shipping policies. By
completeig an order and sending me payment you are agreeing to the shipping policies

CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS : I use the shipping address that you provide to me.
It is YOUR responsibility to insure that I have the correct address. If you pay with PayPal
Then you need to make sure that the PayPal shipping address is the correct one. If it is not the correct address
I will not be able to ship your order. It also needs to match the address provided when placing
the order to avoid delays. . If there is a mix up with the address and it is determined that the
mistake was on your end i.e. you provided me with the wrong address, I will not be able to replace your order.
