ORDERING & SHIPPING
We accept PayPal and postal money order. To order via postal money, email
us at sales@aaronpauling.com with your name, address, shipping address,
phone number, and quantity desired. Money Order purchases will not be
shipped until the money order is received. Actual postage is calculated at the
time of checkout. A $1.50 handling fee will be added to all orders regardless
of size. I will notify you when your order is shipped. There are no Florida sales.

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
I guarantee the live arrival of all roaches shipped. Shipping may be
delayed due to weather. All DOAs must be reported within 24 hours of time
of arrival. Proof of DOA will be required for a replacement order to be
shipped out to you. Someone must be available to accept shipments on the
FIRST delivery attempt, or all live arrival guarantees are null and void.

SHIPPING DAYS
Orders are sent out on Mondays and Tuesday.  Orders MUST be received
by Sunday or Monday evening, 6:00 PM , to be shipped the following
Monday or Tuesday. Orders received from Sundays 6:01 PM through 
Mondays at 6:00 PM will ship on Tuesdays. You will receive an email (or
phone message if you do not have email), informing you that your order and payment
have been received. The message will also state the expected shipping date.
We reserve the right to change the shipping date as weather changes and things happen.
You will be notified if the shipping date has to change for any reason. 
 
Orders may be delayed due to weather conditions to ensure live arrival.
You must be 18 or older to purchase and proof of age may be required.
