Please read the information below. By purchasing from me, you agreeing that you are 18 years of age or older and you are agreeing to my shipping terms & policies. All roaches are shipped by USPS 2 to 3 day priority mail and are marked "Live, Harmless, Feeder Insects". You will receive an email with your delivery confirmation number when I print your shipping label, and a second email from me stating that I have shipped, after I return from dropping the orders off at the post office.

PAYMENT: I accept PayPal through the website and any major credit card by phone 928.415.0347, or I can email you a credit card invoice that will allow you to enter your credit card information yourself. Credit Card orders will not be shipped until the payment has cleared (approx. 2-3 business days) .
I also accept United States Postal Money orders via mail. All money order orders will not be shipped until the payment has cleared.

As needed, I will supply heat packs and Styrofoam lined boxes for shipping.
I will notify you when your order is shipped via email . USPS should also send you a delivery confirmation number.

There are no Florida sales for insects currently.

AGE: Please have your parents make your purchase for you if under 18 years of age. I will not sell to minors.

CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS : I use the shipping address that you provide to me.
It is YOUR responsibility to insure that I have the correct address. If you pay with PayPal, then you need to make sure that the address the order is being shipped to is confirmed with PayPal. If it is not the correct address I will not be able to ship your order and your order will be delayed until the shipping address is corrected and updated through paypal. If there is a mix up with the address and it is determined that the mistake was due to your error i.e. you provided me with the wrong address, had an old shipping address on file with paypal, ect. ect, I will not be able to replace your order.

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE and HOLD FOR PICK UP
I guarantee the live arrival of all roaches shipped only when temperatures are between 40 and 90 degrees.

SHIPPING CUT OFF TIMES
Shipping may be delayed due to weather at my discretion. I may also mark the package HOLD FOR PICK UP to have it held at your local post office if the weather requires it. If the high temperatures in your area are above 90 or below 55, your order may be marked "hold for pick up" and held at your local post office. All DOAs must be reported within 18 hours of time of arrival. Proof of DOA will be required for a replacement order to be shipped out to you. Someone must be available to accept shipments on the FIRST delivery attempt, or all live arrival guarantees are null and void. Orders are sent out on Mondays and Tuesdays only. Orders MUST be received by Sunday evening, 6:00 PM Arizona time, to be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. Orders may be delayed due to weather at my discretion. You must be 18 or older to purchase and proof of age may be required.
I am not responsible for losses due to carrier error.
