Just a reminder that you need to add a heat pack to your order for winter shipping if it is cold in your area. They are on the website and are 7$ but this covers your entire order and any needed styrofoam. Please read the terms of service about live arrival gaurentee and safe temps for no heat pack (safe 50+ for the low) -Aaron

Winter Shipping and Order Problems September 14 2014

Ok. Almost all of the backed up orders from the egg crate fiasco are out and my large order finally came in. It is starting to get cold in some places. If the lows are below 50 and the highs are not above 55 please add the Winter Packing to your cart ($7.00). This will cover the extra shipping costs, 72 hr heat packs and Styrofoam insulation (if needed) for your order. This is you responsibility ( dont guess look up the temps in your area based on your zip code for the delivery week). 

 

Also if you have any problems placing an order on the site, please call me at 928 415 0347 Monday through Sunday 8am-6pm Mountain Standard Time.
